Booking Conditions

Arrivals at the hotel are between 15:00 and 20:30.
- * The luggage can be removed from 10:30 am.
- * For a late arrival (after 20:30), it is compulsory to contact the hotel by telephone, the day of your arrival, otherwise the hotel,
- * if he has not been able to set up a specific procedure for late arrival,
- * may consider the reservation canceled for No-show and the cancellation conditions may be applied.
- * The hotel will be entitled to re-let the room.
- * On the day of departure from the hotel, the room must be vacated at 11 am.
- * If you intend to be accompanied by one or more animals during your stay at the hotel,
- * it is imperative to pre-check the reception service of the hotel which will inform you of the conditions of acceptance.
- * In the absence of acceptance received and confirmed by the hotel, the reservation can be considered canceled and the cancellation conditions will apply.
- Pets are not accepted.
